I then spent six months as an independent dispatcher, refining my operational and problem-solving skills. Realizing my passion for logistics, I decided to quit my studies and fully commit to this industry.

With three years of dispatching experience, I joined Stratan Inc., a company recognized for its efficiency and strong industry partnerships. After 1 year and 6 months, I was promoted to Dispatch Department Manager. Now, with over five years of experience, I focus on optimizing operations, enhancing communication, and ensuring seamless logistics management.
