I was born on August 6, 1997, in Moldova. At 20 years old, while studying Law at the Economic Academy of Moldova, I began my logistics career as a dispatcher in a large company, where I worked for 2.5 years. I then spent six months as an independent dispatcher, refining my operational and problem-solving skills. Realizing my passion for logistics, I decided to quit my studies and fully commit to this industry.

With three years of dispatching experience, I joined Stratan Inc., a company recognized for its efficiency and strong industry partnerships. After 1 year and 6 months, I was promoted to Dispatch Department Manager. Now, with over five years of experience, I focus on optimizing operations, enhancing communication, and ensuring seamless logistics management.

My expertise includes leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic planning, allowing me to navigate challenges and drive efficiency in the trucking industry.

Adrian Afanasiu, Safety Manager-joined Stratan Inc in the summer of 2024, bringing prior experience as Flight Crew for an international airline and as Safety Manager for a large trucking company with over 500 units. I’m detail-oriented, compliance-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments. I chose Stratan for its strong culture, growth mindset, and commitment to safety excellence.

With over 7 years of experience in the USA trucking industry, I joined STRATAN Inc nearly 6 years ago as a dispatcher. I was drawn to the company for its stability, shared values, and professional team, which provided the opportunity for growth and development.

During my 4 years in dispatch, including 2 years as a dispatch manager, I worked closely with our drivers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and how to balance them with company policies to ensure a productive and positive work environment.

Two years ago, I transitioned into the HR department to focus on recruiting the right drivers for our company. My experience in dispatch gives me valuable insight into identifying drivers who align with STRATAN Inc’s standards, ensuring a strong and successful team.

Ana Prodan is an accomplished accounting manager with a master’s degree in accounting. With 15 years of experience in the accounting field, she has built a robust career that spans from handling detailed accounts receivables at a renowned production company in Las Vegas—specializing in casino equipment—to overseeing comprehensive accounting procedures at Stratan Inc. Since joining Stratan Inc. in July 2018, Ana has been instrumental in managing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning across the organization. Her extensive expertise and proven leadership in accounting make her a valuable asset in any financial setting.

I was born on August 9, 1989, in Moldova, and at the age of 20, I came to America, where I decided to stay. After several attempts, including pursuing my studies, I chose to work as a truck driver, initially as a short-term plan to accumulate capital. Over time, I realized that my experience in the trucking industry, combined with my degree in Business and Business Administration, provided the perfect opportunity to start my own company.

Thus, after just two years, I founded Stratan INC, a company that today enjoys stable success, standing out for its safety score, strong customer relationships, and a partnership-based approach with drivers.
